If you wish to return an item within 28 days of order from us, I must receive confirmation in writing to georgie@peonyvintage.com with  the reason for returning your purchase. I will then provide a returns address and you will have 7 working days to get your return to me. 

 

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs - Peony Vintage is not responsible for the safe return of an order. Upon receipt of the return, and checking it's condition I will then refund you excluding initial shipping cost.  I can refund you via any means you wish, and this can be discussed prior to return. 

 

I reserve the right to deduct funds from the refund if the garment is not returned in the original condition sent in. 

Please note that returns have a big impact on a small business so please do check the item/ask any questions before committing to purchase. I do however, would rather you were happy with your purchase and return to us for future pieces than remain unhappy with something not quite right or ill fitting sat in your wardrobe.
